Got fed up and took the plunge and deleted the oldest Nik Software folder shown below in the Photoshop plugins folder (NOT the Google folder) and it seems to have worked. I see this below in my applications folder and wonder if one entry should be removed and is causing the problem. However after all that I uninstalled and reinstalled the Nik collection but still have got the Analog prompt popping up very time I use Photoshop.
